Missatges subliminals

Fa alguns anys vaig rebre un e-mail que em va fer riure molt. La tonteria de l'adolescència i aquestes coses, ja se sap, però passats aquests anys, perdoneu-me, siusplau, però... encara ric ara!

L'Assumpta al seu petit bloc comenta una anècdota divertida amb la cançó Tubthumping. A partir d'aquí, doncs, recordo com n'era de divertit aquell correu on cantants anglesos sembla que vulguin dir-nos alguna cosa en castellà... Com que no he pogut recuperar el mail, el gran Youtube m'ha ajudat a fer memòria i aquí us penjo aquests dos reculls, perquè, si voleu, pugueu riure una estona.

Provablement aquesta sigui una de les meves cançons preferides dels Beatles. Only a northern song va ser creada per George Harrison i es va incloure al disc Yellow Submarine i a la pel·lícula que també porta aquest nom. La melodia i la lletra de la cançó és clarament psicodèlica, i el videoclip –inclòs al film- una mica més i tot. Què deurien prendre? Millor no saber-ho...
